Panel Layout and Design

ACME will convert your plans into a full panel layout. Detailed drawings are provided with each completed contract showing full panel layout and construction details. ACME will number all panels for easy identification and install based on initial panel drawings.

Advanced Engineering

Our structural engineers have extensive experience with SIPs projects. ACME’s code report show the structural properties of SIPs and if needed ACME can provide stamped plans for your building location. We are one of the very few manufacturers with a Florida code product approval, proving ACME can easily engineer buildings in any state.

Custom Panel Pre-Cutting

ACME can cut panels to size and route inserts out for lumber. This includes walls, roofs and floors as well as window and door rough openings. Doing so helps ACME Panel speed up the time it takes to install and makes the job easier for your crew to assemble. Meeting individual needs is ACME’s specialty. Let us know if you have any design questions or concerns.

Ready To Assemble

A Ready to Assemble package is where ACME not only pre-cuts the windows, doors, roof slopes and details out but also pre-assembles all insert lumber where possible, and labels lumber pieces to make installation easier on site. Ask for an RTA when talking with an ACME representative if you are interested in speeding up your installation.

If needed ACME can embed I-joists at the seams of 4’ panels in order to span further distances should your project require it.

Delivery

ACME can deliver panels to any jobsite in the continental US; quick delivery available to sites in the Mid-Atlantic and South. If you have a narrow road or inaccessible site, ACME can send a smaller trailer or unload panels at a local lumber yard.

Chase Cuts

Channels pre-cut into the foam at the factory to allow for easier electrical wiring on the jobsite. ACME cuts out a standard 16” chase in all wall panels, and can cut additional horizontal or vertical chases upon request.
